What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. You can return most online orders within 5 days from the date of receipt (some items may be a final sale). The individual item return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase. You may return part or all of your order.

 

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.

 

How many days do I have to return or exchange?
We offer free returns within 5 days of your delivery.

How do I return my order?
We will provide a pre-paid "Canada Post" return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest Canada Post" location.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 10 business days from the time it is dropped off with "Canada Post" using the provided label from gheraas.ca. This includes shipping and processing time at our warehouse only. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. The refund is issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
No, we do not refund the shipping fee from your original order. 

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of when the return was dropped off at "Canada Post". During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. It may take an additional 3-5 business days or up to a full billing cycle for the funds to appear on your original form of payment, depending on bank processing times.

How long does an exchange take?
We want to get you the new book as quickly as possible, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as "Canada Post" has confirmed your original item is in transit back to us!
